Society of Booth is a photo booth brand run by Two Dudes Photo. We collect the minimum we need to answer you and run this site. Here's all of it.
What we collect
When you check your date, we collect what you type in: your name, email, phone, the event details and the backdrops you picked. We use it to reply to you and put your booking together. It goes into our own booking system and inbox, and nowhere else. Sending the form does not sign you up for a newsletter.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to see which pages get visited and roughly where visitors come from. We also partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to see how visitors use this site through behavioral metrics, heatmaps and session replay (scrolling, clicks, the spots where people get stuck), so we can fix what's confusing and market our services better. That usage data is collected with first- and third-party cookies and similar technologies, and Microsoft also uses it for site optimization, fraud and security, and advertising. Your browser also keeps a short list of the pages you've viewed here and any price you worked out on the price meter. It stays on your device unless you send us the form, and then it comes along with your message so we know what you looked at. Clearing this site's data in your browser erases it.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information, rent it, trade it, or share it with anyone for their marketing. What you type into the form is shared only with the services that keep this site running (hosting and email delivery), and only as needed to do that. The analytics above work from browsing behavior, not from what you type.
How long we keep it
Inquiries live in our inbox like normal business email. If you want yours deleted, ask and we'll take care of it.
California residents
Under the CCPA you can ask what personal information we have about you, ask us to delete it, and opt out of its sale or sharing. We don't sell the information you give us. The analytics cookies above can be blocked in your browser's settings; for anything else, email us and we'll handle it promptly, with no penalty for asking.
